National Anti-Racism Partnership and Strategy.

Thursday, 29 March 2012 14:03 | PDF | Print

The Australian Human Rights Commission has been asked by the Australian Government to lead the development and delivery of the National Anti-Racism Partnership and Strategy.

A Secretariat has been established within the Race Discrimination Team of the AHRC.

The Secretariat has commenced consultations with non-government organisations and community leaders, and has launched a discussion paper seeking community views.

The Strategy is expected to be launched around July 2012 with implementation of the strategy rolled out over three years, 2012-2015.
